Yesterday I went out with my friends to a club where I knew I was gonna drink some Long Island Ice Teas. I had China Glaze's Blue Island Ice Tea on my untrieds pile so I just had to wear this yesterday. I know it must be kinda lame to match a polish with your drink, but well, that's just me. Long Island Ice Tea tasted really good with my matching nails but the night itself wasn't the greatest. A guy that I've kinda had something going on for the past couple of months came into the same club where I went with my friends and decided to hit on a girl (successfully) right in front of me. I'm not quite sure what he was trying to accomplish or if he was just trying to rub it all on my face, but once the DJ played Lily Allen's F*ck You, I decided to just let it go and be done with him. No, it's not thateasy, but I'm trying. And no, I've no idea why I'm writing about this.
Okay, so on to the polish. The last time I was wearing light blue I was really worried about how it isn't the greatest color next to my warm skintone. This polish actually has enough light shimmer to not fight with my skintone and I kinda like it. It took three coats to be completely opaque, but that's the amount coats that I usually do. The nail art is once again done with nail art stripers, I usually forget to mention that when posting. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to likemy own nails, but these ones I really do like.
